Starting May 1^st the new login will consist of a login name, password and security questions. If you do not have a login name set up, you will use your social security number for the first time and then it will walk you through the steps to set up a login name, password and ask you to choose what security questions you would like to use along with your answers. After initial set up the security questions will only come up if the program sees a risk at the time of login.
